Level 3 Names Anthony Fogel as Chief Human Resources Officer

Level 3 Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: LVLT) today announced it has selected Anthony Fogel as chief human resources officer. Fogel brings more than 20 years of human resources experience to Level 3. He will be based at the company’s headquarters in Broomfield, Colo.

Prior to joining Level 3, Fogel was executive vice president of Human Resources and Administration at Care One LLC. Fogel also brings global leadership and human resources experience from Pepsi-Cola Company, Morgan Stanley, Lehman Brothers and Marathon Asset Management. He will begin his new role on Aug. 24.
