LiqTech Appoints David Kowalczyk As CFO & COO, Stock Rises

(RTTNews) - LiqTech International, Inc. (LIQT), a clean technology company, has announced the appointment of David Kowalczyk as its Chief Financial and Chief Operating Officer, effective March 1.

Kowalczyk has previously held key senior role as Vice President, Business Finance and Systems at Hempel and Chief Financial Officer at Globus Wine.

Phillip Massie Price, Interim CFO since March 2024, will step down when Kowalczyk takes over but will stay until April 30, 2025, to ensure a smooth transition.

LIQT is currently trading t $1.86, up 4.46 percent or $0.079 on the Nasdaq.
