Liquid Holdings Group Prices IPO At $9.00/shr, Low End Of Expected Range

(RTTNews) - Liquid Holdings Group Inc., a provider of cloud-based execution and order management, risk and shadow accounting systems for the financial services community, announced that it has priced its initial public offering of 3,175,000 shares of its common stock at $9.00 per share.

According to recent regulatory filing, the company planned to offer 4.20 million shares of its common stock and anticipated that the initial public offering price per share would be between $9 and $11.

In addition, Liquid today has granted the underwriter a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 464,238 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any. All of the shares are being offered by Liquid. The shares of common stock will trade on the NASDAQ Global Market under the symbol "LIQD."
