Louis Gallois is Coopted to The Peugeot S.A. Supervisory Board

The Supervisory Board of Peugeot S.A. (Paris:UG) today agreed to coopt Louis Gallois as Lead Independent Member during its next meeting.

The appointment will be submitted to shareholder ratification at the Annual Meeting on 24 April 2013.
