LSB Industries, Inc. Schedules 2013 Second Quarter Financial Results Release for Thursday, August 8th and Conference Call for Friday, August 9th

LSB Industries, Inc. ("LSB” or the "Company”), (NYSE: LXU), today announced that it will release its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2013 on Thursday, August 8, 2013, after the close of the stock market.

LSB’s management will host a conference call on Friday, August 9, 2013 at 11:00 am ET / 10:00 am CT to discuss these results and recent corporate developments.
