LXRandCo, Inc. Announces the Temporary Closure of All Stores in Response to COVID-19 and its intention to Host Fourth Quarter 2019 Results Conference Call on Thursday, March 26, 2020 at 8:30 am. ET.

MONTREAL, March 20, 2020 /CNW/ - In response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak, LXRandCo Inc. (the "Company"), (TSX: LXR) today announced that further to the decisions made by its retail partners in North America, it will temporarily close all its stores at the end of business today, March 19, through March 31, 2020.

"We are deeply concerned about the health and safety of our customers, associates and communities. We have been closely monitoring the rapidly changing environment caused by the coronavirus and believe this is the appropriate action to take," said Cam di Prata, Interim Chief Executive Officer. "We will continue to assess new recommendations from health and governmental authorities and respond accordingly in due course." 

While the Company plans to reopen its stores on April 1, that date could be impacted by future recommendations by health and governmental authorities and by the actions taken by its retail partners.
