AstraZeneca PLC Research Report
On August 26, 2013, AstraZeneca PLC announced that its global biologics research and development arm, MedImmune, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire Amplimmune, a privately-held biologics company focused on developing novel therapeutics in cancer immunology.
