Mace Announces Partnership With Nite Beams - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Mace Security International Inc. (MACE) Wednesday announced that it has entered into an agreement with Michigan based Nite Beams to market and sell co-branded Nite Beams products into 'Mace's' broad and diverse distribution network.

Nite Beams manufactures LED lighted safety products all intended to protect individuals and their pets while active outside in low light situations.

The company said the products are intended for walkers, hikers, cyclist and pets, as well as road workers, first responders and law enforcement professionals.

Mace expects to launch the products at Shot Show 2015 in Las Vegas and will begin shipping in the first quarter of 2015.
