Marti Authorized To Increase Share Repurchase To $5 Mln

(RTTNews) - Marti Technologies, Inc. (MRT), a Türkiye-based mobility app company, said Thursday its Board has increased the authorization under its share repurchase program to $5 million from $2.5 million and extended the program through April 26, 2027.

About $3.8 million remains available for repurchases under the program as of September 9, 2026.

The company said the increased authorization provides additional flexibility to repurchase its Class A ordinary shares when market conditions and other factors are favorable. The Board maintained the existing $6.00 per-share ceiling for repurchases.

Marti shares were up about 1% in pre-market trading after closing at $2.13 on Wednesday.
