MEDICA : Availability and Consultation of Information Relating to the Combined General Meeting of 18 March 2014

Medica's Combined General Meeting is due to take place at 8.45 a.m. on Tuesday 18 march 2014 at the Hotel Pershing Hall, 49, rue Pierre Charron 75 008 Paris.

The notice of the meeting containing the agenda, resolutions presented by the Board of Directors and information on how to attend and vote at the meeting was published in the Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires n° 18 of 10 February 2014.

Documents and information relating to the meeting will be made available to shareholders in accordance with legislative and regulatory requirements. Information about the meeting as mentioned in Article R. 225-73-1 of the French Commercial Code can be found under "Shareholders' Meeting" in the "Investor Relations" section of the Medica website at: www.groupemedica.com

All shareholders can ask the Company to send them the documents and information mentioned in Articles R. 225-81 and R. 225-83 of the French Commercial Code.

Shareholders will be able to consult these documents, which will be made available at the office of the Annual General Meeting at Medica's registered office, 39 rue du Gouverneur Général Félix Éboué - 92130 Issy les Moulineaux, for a period of two weeks before the date of the meeting.
