MEDICA - Termination of the Liquidity Contract

On February 24, 2014, MEDICA (Paris:MDCA) ended the liquidity contract signed with ODDO CORPORATE FINANCE.

As of this date, the liquidity account held:

• 29,875 MEDICA shares
• €3,066,990.31

As a reminder, when the contract came into effect, the account held:

• 163,561 MEDICA shares
• €807,158.97
