MicroVision Q3 Loss Narrows - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - MicroVision, Inc. (MVIS) Tuesday said third-quarter net loss narrowed to $3.7 million or $0.13 per share from $3.8 million or $0.15 per share for the same quarter a year ago.

Revenue declined to $964,000 from $2.6 million. Revenue was mainly due to performance under the development agreement announced in April.

Product revenue plunged to $176 thousand from $2.1 million, while contract revenue dropped to $128 thousand from $515 thousand.

Development revenue totaled $660 thousand in the quarter.

As of September 30, backlog was $3.2 million and cash and cash equivalents were $8.3 million.
