Mobimo completes acquisition of EMWE Holding LTD

Lucerne, 21 August 2025 - Mobimo Holding AG today completed the acquisition of EMWE Holding LTD and its subsidiary EMWE Immobilien AG, which was announced on 8 August 2025.

With this acquisition, Mobimo is expanding its real estate portfolio with five residential properties in Uster, Wädenswil and the city of Zurich, as well as two residential properties under construction in Zurich and one in Kloten. The properties under construction are scheduled for completion in 2026 and 2027. The addition of these new properties to the investment portfolio optimises Mobimo's residential portfolio in terms of property and location quality and further improves the portfolio's sustainability profile. The five existing properties are almost fully let with a target annual rental income of around CHF 3 million. The three properties under construction will generate a target annual rental income of CHF 3.5 million upon completion.

The purchase price was paid in the form of a quasi-merger, with 51% in Mobimo Holding AG shares. In return, 188,222 new Mobimo Holding AG shares (approx. 2.5% of the previous share capital) were created from the existing capital band. The sellers have committed to a five-year lock-up period for the shares received.
