Molson Coors Names Ralph Hargrow to MillerCoors Board of Directors

Molson Coors Brewing Company (NYSE: TAP) today announced that it has named its Chief People Officer Ralph Hargrow to the MillerCoors Board of Directors. Hargrow is replacing Dave Perkins, who was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer of Molson Coors Canada.

Peter Coors, Chairman of both Molson Coors and MillerCoors, stated, "We are very fortunate to be bringing Ralph on to the Board to lend his counsel in talent management and employee engagement. Hargrow has served Molson Coors Brewing Company as global chief people officer since 2005 and is a seasoned human resources executive with more than 30 years of experience. Prior to this role, Mr. Hargrow headed his own human resources consulting business servicing large multi-national companies in the U.S. Before he joined Molson Coors, Hargrow served in numerous executive capacities overseeing the implementation of corporate HR programs at large consumer companies including International Multifoods Corporation, and before that, Rollerblade Inc. Hargrow’s experience includes senior human resource management roles with Ryder System Ltd. and its Business- Aviation Division, Duquesne Light Company, Inc. and the Xerox Corporation.
