(RTTNews) - Navigator Holdings Ltd. (NVGS) announced the upsize and pricing of the public offering of a total of 7 million shares of the company's common stock by BW Group Limited, as the selling shareholder, at a public offering price of $15.00 per share. The Secondary offering is expected to close on or about June 13, 2024. The company noted that it is not offering any shares of its common stock in the Secondary offering and will not receive any proceeds from the sale of its shares of common stock in the Secondary offering.

Also, the company plans to purchase from the underwriters in the Secondary offering half of the offered shares, representing 3.5 million shares, at a price per share of $14.52.
