NCI Building Systems Profit Climbs 128% In Q3

(RTTNews) - NCI Building Systems (NCS) announced earnings for its third quarter that climbed from last year.

The company said its bottom line advanced to $24.49 million, or $0.33 per share. This was higher than $10.76 million, or $0.15 per share, in last year's third quarter.

Analysts had expected the company to earn $0.29 per share, according figures compiled by Thomson Reuters. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.

The company said revenue for the quarter rose 9.9% to $462.35 million. This was up from $420.79 million last year.
