Nonprofit Alliance of Consumer Advocates Helps a Distraught La Quinta California Homeowner with Yet Another Foreclosure Trustee Sale Reversal, To the Delight of Homeowner
LA QUINTA, Calif., August 20, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ -- Ms. Svetlana C. originally purchased her home in La Quinta California on 10/04/2005 thru now defunct Country Wide Home Loan with a then very popular mortgage loan that was fixed for only a few years then would turn adjustable.
Not unlike many American Homeowners Ms. Svetlana started having trouble with her mortgage in 2008 receiving her first Notice of Default in June of 2009. Struggling to get meaningful assistance from even one lender only to have her loan transferred to another added to her endless frustration.
Ms. Svetlana's troubled home loan was in and out of default various times for the past decade without ever really being permanently resolved. Her home of fourteen years was auctioned off at the Court house steps on June 19th 2019 by the last lender that held her troubled mortgage.
