Norlight Announces Another Outstanding Year for Customer Satisfaction

    MILWAUKEE--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 17, 2005--Norlight Telecommunications, Inc., a Wisconsin-based provider of integrated voice and data solutions for businesses, wholesale services and video and satellite services, proudly announced its most recent customer satisfaction survey results for both enterprise and wholesale sales groups.
    Norlight's enterprise group received a 96 percent overall satisfaction rating and its wholesale group posted a 97 percent rating. An overwhelming majority of customers from each group reported that they were "extremely" or "very" satisfied overall with Norlight. The surveys also reported that 94 percent of both enterprise and wholesale customers would recommend Norlight to a friend or colleague.
    The company attributes its high satisfaction ratings to its customer-focused business model.
