Northwest Biotherapeutics Prices $23.5 Mln Offering Of Stock, Warrants

(RTTNews) - Northwest Biotherapeutics, Inc. (NWBO) said Wednesday that it has priced an underwritten public offering of about 4.9 million units at a public offering price of $4.80 per unit, resulting in gross proceeds of $23.5 million. Each unit consists of one share of common stock, and a warrant to purchase 0.5 shares of common stock at an exercise price of $6.00 per share.

The offering is expected to close on November 25.

Northwest has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 734,374 additional shares of common stock and/or additional warrants to purchase up to 367,187 shares of common stock to cover over-allotments, if any.
