Norwegian Cruise Line To Replace Level 3 Communications In S&P 500

(RTTNews) - S&P Dow Jones Indices said that Norwegian Cruise Line Holdings Ltd. (NCLH) will replace Level 3 Communications Inc. (LVLT) in the S&P 500 effective before the open of trading on Friday, October 13. S&P 500 constituent CenturyLink Inc. (CTL) is acquiring Level 3 Communications in a deal expected to be completed on or about that date pending final approvals.

Pacific Premier Bancorp Inc. (PPBI) will replace Parkway Inc. (PKY) in the S&P SmallCap 600 effective before the open of trading on Thursday, October 12. Canada Pension Investment Board is acquiring Parkway in a deal expected to be completed on or about that date pending final approvals.
