Notification from Member of the Supervisory Board about Transactions on Shares in Arctic Paper S.A.

Regulatory News:

The Management Board of Arctic Paper S.A. ("Company”) (STO:ARP) hereby notifies that on December 10, 2014, the Company has received from Mr. Thomas Onstad, Member of the Supervisory Board, a notification about transaction on shares of the Company.

Mr. Thomas Onstad as an obligated person informed the Company about transaction concluded by his indirectly controlled party Nemus Holding AB. Nemus Holding AB donated on December 8, 2014 the amount of 19,000 shares of the Company. The transaction was concluded by an agreement outside the regulated market.
