Nova Measuring To Buy ReVera For About $47 Mln.

(RTTNews) - Nova Measuring Instruments Ltd (NVMI), a provider of optical process control solutions to the semiconductor industry, on Wednesday said it would buy ReVera Inc, a privately held company based in Santa Clara, California.

Nova will buy ReVera, on a cash free, debt free basis, for $46.5 million in cash from existing funds.

The deal is expected to close by mid-April.

ReVera provides materials metrology solutions for advanced semiconductor manufacturing. Nova said the deal is expected to contribute up to $30 million in annual revenue and be accretive on a non-GAAP basis within 12 months of closing.
