NutriSystem CEO Michael Hagan Elected to Internet Capital Group Board of Directors

Internet Capital Group, Inc. (Nasdaq:ICGE) today announced the election of Michael J. Hagan to its board of directors. Hagan is currently the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of NutriSystem, Inc. (NASDAQ:NTRI), a leading provider of weight management and fitness products and services. Hagan fills a vacancy on the ICG board, bringing the total number of board members to nine.
