NW Natural Gas Completes Holding Company Formation - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Northwest Natural Holding Company (NWN) and NW Natural Gas Company announced effective October 1, the completion of a reorganization into a holding company structure. Northwest Natural Holding Company is now the parent holding company of NW Natural Gas Company, NW Natural Water Company, LLC, and other subsidiaries previously held by NW Natural Gas Company.

NW Natural Gas Company shareholders automatically become shareholders of Northwest Natural Holding Company on a one-for-one share basis with the same number of shares and same relative ownership percentage as shareholders held immediately prior to the reorganization.
