Odfjell SE : Completes bond issue

Odfjell SE has successfully completed a tap issue of NOK 300 million in ODF06 (NO 0010664758) in the Norwegian bond market. The total nominal amount outstanding in ODF06 will be NOK 800 million.

The settlement date for the above mentioned transaction is expected to be 12 June 2014. Net proceeds from the transaction will be used for general corporate purposes.

DNB Markets, Nordea Markets and Swedbank Norway acted as Joint Lead Managers for the transaction.
