OFS Capital Appoints Bilal Rashid As CEO - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - OFS Capital Corp. (OFS), a business development company (BDC), announced the appointment of Bilal Rashid as the Board Chairman and Chief Executive Officer. Rashid has served on the board since 2010 and has been a member of the Investment Committee of OFS Capital Management, LLC, the external advisor to OFS Capital, since 2010. Rashid succeeds Glenn Pittson, who would stay on the Board of Directors of OFS Capital.

Further, Jeffrey Cerny has been named Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer. He has served as a member of the Investment Committee of the external advisor since 2010 and replaces Robert Palmer, who has stepped down from his positions as Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer.
