Omnicare Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

CINCINNATI, September 12, 2014 - Omnicare, Inc. (NYSE:OCR), today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.20 per share on the Company's common stock, to be paid on September 29, 2014, to all stockholders of record on September 22, 2014.
