    COVINGTON, Ky.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Feb. 3, 2005--Omnicare, Inc. (NYSE:OCR) will release its financial results for the fourth-quarter and full-year ended December 31, 2004, on Thursday, February 24, 2005, before the opening of trading on the New York Stock Exchange.
