Ontex Annual General Meeting approves annual accounts 2014

Ontex Group NV (Euronext: Ontex) is pleased to announce that today the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders has approved all of the proposals submitted to it by the Board of Directors, including the annual accounts for the year ended 31 December 2014. A gross dividend of €0.19 per share will be paid out on June 1 2015. 66.76% of the shares were represented at the meeting.

After approval given today by the shareholders, the key dates are as follows:

• Ex-dividend date Thursday May 28 2015
• Record date Friday May 29 2015
• Payment date Monday June 1 2015
