Ontex: Transparency Declaration Notification

Ontex Group NV ("Ontex”) discloses the notification of significant shareholdings that it has received according to the Belgian Law of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of significant shareholdings in listed companies.
On 30 January 2015, Norges Bank notified Ontex that it had acquired 2,256,854 shares in Ontex and so had crossed the threshold of 3% of the total number of voting rights in Ontex to 3.32%.
According to its obligation Ontex publishes the content of the notification that it has received.

Norges Bank is the central bank of Norway. As part of its central bank activities, Norges Bank manages Norway’s foreign exchange reserves and is responsible for management of the Norwegian Government Pension Fund Global (GPFG). The formal responsibility for management of the GPFG is placed with the Ministry of Finance, but is delegated to Norges Bank. All investments are executed by Norges Bank acting as principal and all holdings are registered in the name of Norges Bank.
