PA Resources’ Application for Corporate Reorganisation Approved

The Stockholm District Court has today approved PA Resources AB ("PA Resources”, the "Company”) (STO:PAR) (OSE:PAR) application for corporate reorganisation.

The District Court has appointed the lawyer Lars Söderqvist of the law firm Hökerberg & Söderqvist Advokatbyrå KB as administrator as proposed by the Company.

A creditors meeting will be held 15 April 2015 at 13:00 CET at the Stockholm District Court.
