Paragon Technologies Announces Results Of 2013 Annual Meeting Of Shareholders

EASTON, Pa., Sept. 24, 2013 /PRNewswire/ -- Paragon Technologies, Inc. (OTC Pink: PGNT), announced today that the Company's Annual Shareholders Meeting was duly held on September 18, 2013 in Atlanta, Georgia.

The following two proposals, which are set forth in more detail in the Notice of Annual Shareholder Meeting and the Company's Proxy Statement sent to shareholders on or around August 13, 2013, were approved and adopted:

1.  The re-election of Hesham M. Gad, Samuel S. Weiser, and Jack H. Jacobs as Directors of the Company to serve until next annual meeting of shareholders.

2.  The appointment of McGladrey LLP as the Company's independent auditors for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2013.
