Park Aerospace Names Gus Petropoulos CFO

(RTTNews) - Park Aerospace Corp. (PKE) Thursday announced election of Constantine Petropoulos as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

Most recently, he was Senior Vice President and Chief Legal and Capital Markets Officer. He will continue to report to Chairman and Chief Executive Brian Shore.

Prior to rejoining Park in February 2025, Petropoulos was a partner at New York law firm Hughes Hubbard & Reed.

Park Aerospace develops advanced composite materials and parts for aerospace and defense markets.

On the NYSE, shares of Park Aerospace are currently losing 0.79 percent, changing hands at $37.77.
