PetSmart President, COO Joseph O'Leary To Retire - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - PetSmart, Inc. (PETM) Tuesday said Joseph O'Leary will retire from the company as the President and Chief Operating Officer, effective April 4.

David Lenhardt, Chief Executive Officer, will assume the role of the president, while the responsibilities of the COO will be realigned among four newly created Executive Vice President position.

As per the new structure, the four EVP positions include EVP of Customer Experience, Strategic Planning and Corporate Development - which will be held by Carrie Teffner, SVP, CFO.

Matt McAdam, Senior Vice President of Merchandising, will now serve as Executive Vice President of Merchandising and Real Estate, while Bruce Thorn, SVP of Store Operations and Services, will serve as EVP of Store Operations, Services and Supply Chain.
