Phoenix New Media Announces Resignation of Senior Vice President

BEIJING, Aug. 18, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Phoenix New Media Limited (NYSE: FENG) ("Phoenix New Media", "ifeng" or the "Company), a leading new media company in China, today announced that Ms. Shu Liu has resigned as Senior Vice President of the Company for personal reasons. The Company's Vice President and Chief Editor, Mr. Ming Zou, will assume most of the responsibilities previously fulfilled by Ms. Liu. While Ms. Liu's resignation is effective immediately, she will continue to serve the Company as a senior strategic advisor until December 31, 2017.
