LSR Group starts pre-sales in Riviere Noire project

LSR Group has started pre-sales in its new business class project Riviere Noire, located on the border of the Petrogradsky and Primorsky districts in St. Petersburg.
The total area of the project is more than 52 thousand square meters and it comprises 559 apartments. Buyers can choose from one to three-room apartment. Floor area vary from 34 to 94 square meters. The price per square meter starts at RUB 110 thousand. 
Riviere Noire consists of three buildings. The first building will be located parallel to the Chyornaya River waterfront, the second - on Krasnogvardeysky Lane, and the third - in the neighborhood near Golovin's Dacha, a unique sample of classical architecture. All building courtyards face the Bolshaya Nevka River.
Riviere Noire is located in the area with developed social infrastructure, including kindergartens, schools, hospitals, banks, shopping centers, and gyms. One can easily reach the Petrograd side by crossing the Kantemirovsky bridge, it takes just a few minutes by car to reach Krestovsky and Kamenny islands, and the nearest metro station, Chyornaya Rechka, is a 15-minute walk away.
Completion is scheduled for Q2 2021.
