Power Solutions Prices Underwritten Public Offering At $35/shr

(RTTNews) - Power Solutions International Inc. (PSIX) announced the pricing of its underwritten public offering of 1.75 million shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $35.00 per share.

The company said it is selling 1.05 million shares of common stock, and certain selling stockholders are selling 700,000 shares of common stock in the offering.

In addition, the selling stockholders have granted the underwriters an option to purchase up to an additional 255,000 shares of common stock in the aggregate at the public offering price, less the underwriting discount, to cover the over-allotment of shares.

The offering is expected to close on or about July 16, 2013, subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions.
