Today Eastern Property Holdings Limited closed its offering denominated in US Dollars and consisting of bonds with the following characteristics:

USD 130'000'000 5.5% Bonds due 2023, with an issue price of 100% of the principal amount.

The bonds, which were issued by Eastern Property Holdings Limited, a business company under the laws of the British Virgin Islands have been managed by Valartis Bank (Liechtenstein) AG and admitted to listing on the Swiss Stock Exchange (SIX Swiss Exchange).
