New EUR 16 million credit facility

Private Equity Holding AG (PEH) today agreed with Credit Suisse AG on a three year revolving credit facility in the amount of EUR 16 million. This facility replaces the existing EUR 10 million revolving credit facility provided by Capital Bank - Grawe Gruppe AG, Graz, which will expire at year-end, as of January 1, 2014.
