RESIGNATION BY MR. URS MAURER-LAMBROU AS DIRECTOR AND CHAIRMAN OF ENR RUSSIA INVEST SA

Mr. Urs Maurer-Lambrou has notified ENR Russia Invest SA ("ENR" or the Company") that due to his various work commitments he will no longer be able to serve on the board of directors ("the Board") and as chairman of the Company. Therefore, with effect of 8 January 2015, Mr. Maurer-Lambrou has tendered his resignation from the Board and as chairman of ENR. We wish to thank Mr. Maurer-Lambrou for his contributions during his tenure as a director and as chairman of the Company.

Mr. Gustav Stenbolt was appointed as interim chairman of the Company for the period up to ENR's annual general meeting later this year.
