PriMed Management Consulting Services Names New CFO, Tim Richards

SAN RAMON, Calif., Dec. 2, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- PriMed Management Consulting Services, Inc., the management services organization for Hill Physicians Medical Group, has announced that Tim Richards will assume responsibilities as chief financial officer effective December 1st, succeeding long-time CFO, Rick Messman. As CFO, Richards will be responsible for PriMed's and Hill Physicians Medical Group's accounting, financial planning, treasury, tax and procurement activities.

Richards is a seasoned health care executive with over a decade of leadership and financial management experience in the managed care industry. He most recently served as an Executive Director of Finance at Kaiser Permanente with responsibilities related to treasury, accounting, financial reporting, medical services contracting, financial planning and regulatory reporting.

Prior to joining Kaiser Permanente, Richards was an Audit Manager at KPMG serving healthcare clients including Kaiser Permanente, Western Health Advantage and Hill Physicians Medical Group.
