PS Business Parks Q3 FFO Rises

(RTTNews) - PS Business Parks Inc. (PSB) Monday reported third-quarter funds from operations of $41.2 million or $1.20 per share, up from $38.3 million or $1.20 per share last year.

Adjusted FFO was $1.26 per share, up from $1.24 per share last year.

Net Income for the quarter was $11.3 million or $0.42 per share, up from $9.0 million or $0.37 per share last year.

Revenues for the quarter rose to $95.8 million from $89.9 million last year.

Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report profit of $1.20 on revenues of $95 million for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
