The 2012 Registration Document (Document de Référence) has been filed with the French Financial Markets Regulatory Authority (AMF) on April 12, 2013. The document can be requested at the headquarters in accordance with legal and regulatory conditions and is available at the Company’s website: www.publicisgroupe.com (Investor Relations / Annual Report).

The Registration Document contains the annual financial report including the statutory accounts and consolidated financial statements, the report of the supervisory Board Chairperson on the preparation and organization of the Supervisory Board Work and the internal control procedures. The Document also contains the reports of statutory auditors pertaining thereto and auditors’ remuneration and declaration of the person responsible for the Registration Document (Document de Référence).

Publicis Groupe S.A. Annual General Meeting of Shareholders

The Combined Shareholders’ Meeting will be convened on Wednesday, May 29, 2013 at 10:00 am at the Publiciscinémas, 133, avenue des Champs Elysées, 75008 Paris, France.

Notice of combined Shareholders’ Meeting will be filed with Bulletin des Annonces Légales Obligatoires on April 22, 2013 and comprises the agenda of the meeting, resolutions to me submitted to Sharehoders’ votes and general explanations to participate and vote at the meeting. Notice will be also available on the Company’s website.
