Radisys Revises Annual Financial Guidance - Quick Facts

(RTTNews) - Radisys Corporation (RSYS) announced the company now expects its non-GAAP loss to range from $0.50 to $0.39 per share in 2017. Excluding the impact of the non-cash inventory write-down in the third quarter, non-GAAP loss is expected between $0.32 and $0.24 per share. Revenue is now expected between $130 million to $140 million. The company said its revised revenue range is based on the limited visibility provided by its largest customer, and does not include any new DCEngine orders from this customer for the remainder of the year.

On a non-GAAP basis, the company recorded a net loss of $2.2 million, or $0.06 per share, in the second quarter of 2017, compared to net income of $3.7 million, or $0.10 per share, in the second quarter of 2016. For the second quarter of 2017, consolidated revenue was $35.1 million, compared to $61.3 million in the second quarter of 2016.
