Redacted Version of Valassis Complaint Against ADVO Available

LIVONIA, Mich., Aug. 31 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Yesterday, Valassis Communications, Inc. sued ADVO, Inc. in the Delaware Chancery Court to rescind its $1.3 billion merger agreement based on fraud and material adverse changes. Valassis has asked ADVO to waive any arguable application of the confidentiality agreement related to the merger to allow the public to review all of the grounds to the lawsuit.
