RenaissanceRe Holdings Promotes Mark A. Wilcox to Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer

Prior to joining RenaissanceRe in 2003, Mr. Wilcox, 38, was withPricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where he was Senior Manager of Audit andBusiness Advisory Services within the firm's Insurance Practice. Hejoined PwC in 1997, and held positions of increasing responsibility inboth Washington, D.C. and London during his tenure. From 1991 through1995, Mr. Wilcox was with Bank of America Corporation (formerly NCNB)in Tampa and Fort Myers, Florida.

Mr. Wilcox received his Bachelor of Science in BusinessAdministration from University of South Florida in 1990. He receivedhis Masters of Business Administration from Georgetown University inMay 1997. Mr. Wilcox is a Certified Public Accountant and a CharteredFinancial Analyst.
