RLJ Lodging Trust Q1 FFO Rises

(RTTNews) - RLJ Lodging Trust (RLJ) Wednesday reported first-quarter funds from operations of $47.4 million, up from $39.9 million last year.

Adjusted FFO for the quarter rose to $53.5 million or $0.43 per share from $44.1 million or $0.41 per share last year.

Net income attributable to common shareholders for the quarter rose to $$11.9 million or $0.10 per share from $8.5 million or $0.08 per share last year.

Total revenues for the quarter rose to $236.4 million from $214.9 million last year.

Analysts polled by Thomson Reuters expected the company to report a earnings of $0.13 per share on revenues of $232.17 million for the quarter. Analysts' estimates typically exclude special items.
