MAJOR SHAREHOLDER INCREASES OWNERSHIP IN Robit PLC

Robit Plc’s major shareholder Five Alliance Oy increases ownership in Robit Plc by approx. 1.2 million shares resulting in 27.6 per cent of Robit Plc’s entire share stock.

Increasing shareholdings highlights the major shareholder's commitment to Robit's further development. In recent years, the company has internationalized and grown strongly and at the same time profitability has become the challenge This has also been reflected in the development of the company's share price.

In the beginning of the year 2019 the company launched an efficiency program. As a result, sales and profitability have developed favorably in the first two quarters.
