Rogers Corporation Names New Manager of Investor and Public Relations
William Tryon has been named manager of investor and public relations
for Rogers Corporation (NYSE:ROG). He replaces Edward Joyce who has been
appointed to a new position within the company’s
New Business Development group.
In this position, Bill will work closely with Rogers’
senior management to communicate the Rogers’
performance and growth strategies to shareholders, the investment
community and the media. He will also be responsible for managing
financial, investor and compliance-related public relations. Bill will
report to Debra J. Granger, vice president, Corporate Compliance &
Controls. His appointment is effective immediately.
Bill has over five years of experience with Rogers where he has held
positions of increasing responsibility in global supply chain and
operational services. Prior to joining Rogers, Bill held many senior
level management roles for Amgraph Packaging, Inc., a privately owned
specialty packaging converting company, including purchasing, logistics,
supply chain management, finance and materials management.
Bill is a graduate of Central Connecticut State University with a B.S.
in business administration. He is president and chairman of the board
for FEDcon Credit Union, and a member of the Institute of Supply
Management. Tryon lives in Danielson, Conn. with his wife, Diane, and
their two sons, Jamison and Andrew.
