Ropes & Gray Named Top Firm in the U.S. for Diversity and Associate Training in the 2018 Vault Guide
NEW YORK, June 27, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- In the latest Vault survey of associates, released on June 27, Ropes & Gray once again received top rankings both for diversity and quality of life. For the second year in a row, the influential directory ranked Ropes & Gray number one among U.S. law firms for overall diversity, and for the seventh year in a row, the firm was ranked number one for formal training.
The firm also maintained its number one diversity rankings for LGBT and individuals with disabilities, and ranked in the top five in a number of other categories related to firm culture and the professional development of its attorneys.

The high rankings are reflective of Ropes & Gray's longstanding commitment to diversity and inclusion, as well as to the professional development of its attorneys (the firm offers associates more than 1,000 training programs aimed at enriching practical legal skills and knowledge of substantive law). The rankings also highlight the firm's culture of collegiality, mutual respect, professional excellence and dedication to public service.
Feedback from associates included many positive reviews of the firm's professional development opportunities.
